Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at cs@hairofkorean.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs

• If the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we pay the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to any other reason (for example, a change of mind), you pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. If the return is approved, we will refund your original payment method.
